VMBSG Events Refund Policy

At VMBSG, we strive to provide exceptional experiences at our events, both in-person and online. We understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to your registration. Please review our refund policy below for our paid events:

In-Person Events

  • Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
  • Transfers: Registrations can be transferred to another person up until one hour before the start of the event. Please contact our support team with the details of the new attendee as soon as possible.

    If you are unable to attend, please inform VMBSG promptly so we can notify our network about the available spot and assist you in finding a replacement. If a person from outside your organisation is found to fill the place, a refund will be issued, minus a $25 administration fee.

    Please note that certificates of attendance for CPD points will only be issued to those who are registered and have attended the event.

Online Events

  • Refunds: No refunds will be provided for online event registrations.
  • Recordings and Documentation: All registered participants will receive access to a recording of the event and any relevant documentation after the event concludes.
