VMBSG In-Person Training Workshop

A VMBSG workshop presented by RYT Business Solutions and hosted by Greater Dandenong Council, this program has been designed to empower front-line personnel in handling confrontational and aggressive situations whilst proactively preventing occupational violence. The program is characterised by its interactivity, hands-on applicability and a deep appreciation for the real-life experiences of participants.

Primary program facilitator, Stuart Bateson, brings a wealth of experience to the RYT team. With 34 years of law enforcement expertise, including major crime investigation, front line policing and extensive experience in producing and giving evidence in court, the recently retired Victoria Police Commander is ideally placed to deliver this program.
