I don’t think adding accessibility to the statement either as amenity or anything else is an issue, as I don’t believe a statement to exempt or alter anything to do with issues covered by the Disability ( Access to Premises-Buildings) Standard 2010 can be made. A statement could be made to say it is compliant but that is not the purpose of a 503.

The only exceptions and concessions to the standard are in Part 4.
