Elizabeth is a founding member of the Victorian Municipal Building Surveyors Group Women’s Network and received the 2023 RKWN Award for her contributions to gender equality at Russell Kennedy.
Elizabeth is located in Russell Kennedy Lawyers Government, Planning and Environment group working predominantly for Local Government in prosecutions and enforcement in the Magistrates’ Court, the Building Appeals Board, VCAT and the Supreme Court.
Municipal Building Surveyor decision making and enforcement powers under the Building Act 1993 (Vic) relevant to managing dangers, incidents and Council liability. Circumstances in which possible Coronal Inquests may arise and participation in an Inquest with case studies.
