Workshop RK Lawyers – Municipal Building Surveyors and emergency call outs

Please join us to examine the roles and functions of Municipal Building Surveyors (“MBS”) in emergency call out situations, a practical point of view and a legal view.
We will also discuss Part 8 enforcement, service and injunctions flowing from emergency call outs.
The workshop is intended to be a forum for members of the Victorian Municipal Building Surveyors Group to address a role which is unique to MBSs.
